Nancy Kodousek, Vice Chair

Director of Water Operations, Region of Waterloo

Ms. Kodousek has 25 years of operation and maintenance management experience with both municipal and private sector water and wastewater infrastructure systems. She is currently Director of Water Operations for the Region of Waterloo. She held similar manager-level positions at AWS (formerly Azuix and Philip Utilities Management) and with the Region of Ottawa-Carleton. 

Ms. Kodousek is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, the Ontario Water Works Association and the American Water Works Association. She holds certification as an Operator Level IV in water treatment, water distribution, wastewater treatment and wastewater collection.
