REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Classroom Sessions: Written notification must be received by the Walkerton Clean Water Centre 10 business days prior to the scheduled course date for a full refund. Name changes are acceptable at any time prior to the start of the event.
Participants may transfer to another course of equal or lesser value without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the original course date.
Entry Level Course Only: Written notification must be received by the Walkerton Clean Water Centre 10 business days prior to the scheduled classroom date in order to receive a 70% refund.
Online/Correspondence Courses: We are unable to provide refunds for online or correspondence courses.
Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre or due to severe weather conditions, the participant's registration fees will be fully refunded.
