Refund Policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted directly to the Walkerton Clean Water Centre a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre or due to severe weather conditions, the participant's registration fees will be fully refunded.

Any cancellation requests made less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be refundable.

Name changes are acceptable at any time prior to the start of the event.
