Attend this event to get an update on the status of the revisions to the DWQMS from the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MOECC).
As well, participants can expect highly interactive breakout sessions focusing on such topics as risk assessment, emergency management, conformance and compliance, and best practices.
Together, the Walkerton
Clean Water Centre (WCWC) and the MOECC, working with representatives from the
two accreditation bodies, NSF-ISR and SAI Global, along with municipal subject
matter experts, are offering this two-day, interactive workshop with a focus on
supporting QMS representatives, supervisors, managers and operators in their
roles in the DWQMS.
Municipalities and operating authorities looking to learn strategies for further development and integration of their quality management system will benefit from participating in this workshop.
This is the sixth year for this event and based on feedback from participants each year, it continues to be a valuable learning and information sharing experience.
Two offerings of the 2017 workshop are scheduled.
